Open to anyone dealing with their own addictive<br />

behavior or affected by the addictive<br />

behavior of others, Yoga for 12-Step Recovery<br />

combines the practical tools of the 12-step<br />

recovery program with the physical and<br />

spiritual practice of yoga. Certified Y12SR and<br />

RYT-200 yoga instructor Ann Durr will guide<br />

participants through meditation and movement<br />

alongside music provided by Rock-n-Recovery<br />

powered by 91.3 The Summit. Included in<br />

admission.
