HIGH RESOLUTION
At its core lies the
patented Pictometry ®
technology which
produces high-resolution
imagery
showing the fronts and sides of
buildings. Pictometry imagery
provides oblique perspectives
from 40 to 45-degree angles as
well as an overhead view.
These images are then stored
and, when an EagleView
roofing report is requested,
advanced algorithms and data
analytics are used to translate
them into a highly accurate
model of the property in
question. These models then
enable detailed structural
measurements to be derived –
including eaves, flashing, hips,
verges, ridges and valleys. The reports are
produced quickly – in a matter of hours –
