At Tata Steel we offer the Confidex Guarantee. The
guarantee continues to provide the most
comprehensive protection for branded pre-finished
steel products used in roof and wall cladding
applications. It also provides peace of mind for the
building owner, as well as the supply chain.
The Confidex Guarantee is the product performance
guarantee for Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra and
Colorcoat Prisma. It offers up to 40 years of
protection when used in external conventional
building envelope applications – namely roof and
wall cladding – using single skin, built-up or
composite panel construction in industrial and
commercial buildings.

the need for a property
owner to navigate the supply
chain in the unlikely event of
a claim. And for projects
around coastal areas, the Confidex Guarantee has
also been increased from up to 25 to up to 30
years for walls with Colorcoat Prisma.
Requiring no maintenance and inspection to
remain valid, the guarantee also removes the
need to go onto the roof of a property, reducing
maintenance costs and improving safety.
Furthermore, the Confidex Guarantee ensures full
rectification in an unlikely event of a failure,
including factory cut edges, which are covered for
the duration of the guarantee.
With a simple online registration process
following installation, the guarantee is easily
transferred should building ownership change,
and is supported with a dedicated service team.
