Guarantees ARE YOU GUARANTEED A NASTY SURPRISE? Here, Dave Cooper, Customer Technical Services Manager at Tata Steel, explores what makes a good guarantee and explains the importance of really understanding them. Guarantees are a great way to boost customer confidence.
