“Fermerë me Pamje nga Deti” pati qëllim që të shqyrtonte gjendjen e turizmit në katër fshatra malorë të Rivierës Shqiptare-Pilur, Kudhës, Qeparo Fshat dhe Himarë Fshat- dhe t’i përgjigjej pyetjes përse këto fshatra janë indiferentë ndaj të ardhurave prej turizmit, ndërkohë që fshatrat përgjatë bregut kanë një vërshim të parasë. Synimi: nxitja e këtyre fshatrave drejt turizmit nëpërmjet ideve të ndjeshme, me kosto të ulet dhe me rezultat të shpejtë.

Atelier Albania is laboratory research unit for the<br />
imple<strong>me</strong>ntation of the priorities of the National<br />
Agency for Territorial Planning (AKPT).<br />
Atelier Albania's goal is to offer a new model of<br />
planning which challenges the traditional model<br />
of master plans and plans drawn up centrally.<br />
Using the experience of our foreign consultants,<br />
cooperation <strong>with</strong> public institutions and local<br />
and foreign educational and technical resources<br />
of the Agency, Atelier Albania static planning<br />
tends to improve. This unit aims to enrich<br />
the work of the Agency through concrete and<br />
unconventional inputs in terms of planning. AA<br />
also aims to organize and follow pilot projects,<br />
international competitions of architecture and<br />
urban planning as well as open public activities<br />
ai<strong>me</strong>d at informing and promoting innovative<br />
practices in architecture and planning. All these<br />
tasks are realized in close cooperation <strong>with</strong><br />
stakeholders of public and private institutions,<br />
civil society organizations, as well as a series of<br />
well-known partners <strong>with</strong> proven expertise in<br />
their professional fields.<br />
