“Fermerë me Pamje nga Deti” pati qëllim që të shqyrtonte gjendjen e turizmit në katër fshatra malorë të Rivierës Shqiptare-Pilur, Kudhës, Qeparo Fshat dhe Himarë Fshat- dhe t’i përgjigjej pyetjes përse këto fshatra janë indiferentë ndaj të ardhurave prej turizmit, ndërkohë që fshatrat përgjatë bregut kanë një vërshim të parasë. Synimi: nxitja e këtyre fshatrave drejt turizmit nëpërmjet ideve të ndjeshme, me kosto të ulet dhe me rezultat të shpejtë.

village <strong>with</strong>out needing to park there or drive at night. The streets could be<br />
marked <strong>with</strong> lights, and would billow <strong>with</strong> smoke from tasty snacks sold by<br />
villagers from their porches. From above, the whole village would be singing<br />
<strong>with</strong> the music of all the piazzas ringing out, though below in the street the<br />
walls would isolate one from the next.<br />
Who gets paid?<br />
Villagers selling food and beverages to the visitors would receive money<br />
directly. If it caught on, the event would give even residents from Tirana or<br />
Corfu an excuse to co<strong>me</strong> to Himarë to spend the night in a guesthouse, to<br />
relax and take in the whole event. Himarë especially has bus access from<br />
Tirana, giving access to a younger creative crowd who would relish the<br />
concept of outdoor socializing set <strong>with</strong>in a cultural venue.<br />
What is needed?<br />
In order for Artwalk to function well and <strong>with</strong> high quality there likely<br />
needs to be an organization dedicated to its programming. Sponsors could<br />
donate sound and multi<strong>me</strong>dia equip<strong>me</strong>nt, as well as publicity and even<br />
alcohol. The villages themselves would only need to provide electricity, and<br />
agree to host.<br />
