Distributors) let us in on what lies behind their success.<br />

Anne Bernhard has been at <strong>BEMER</strong> <strong>USA</strong> for more than ten years<br />

and has helped to establish the Bemer brand in the <strong>USA</strong>. Her<br />

recipe for success: “I put my heart and soul into it and at the<br />

same time, I place great value on a high level of quality, longterm<br />

business relationships and objectives are more important<br />

to me than rapid success. Inspiration helps me more than pressure.”<br />

do well, but it’s important to her that the right motives<br />

are behind this. “The important thing is that<br />

we want to change people’s lives!” The Organizational<br />

Director is also developing a strategy to fit<br />

with her objectives, which she pursues consistently.<br />

Since Deborah Brolley knows how important experiences<br />

of success are for the motivation of her<br />

Team Members, particularly at the outset, she<br />

supports them within the first 30 to 60 days in<br />

achieving a specific goal (for example; recuperating<br />

the initial purchase). “Americans generally<br />

need the experience of achieving a short-term<br />

success – it’s good for their faith in the job and<br />

their engagement.” Deborah Brolley says the<br />

American company culture is strong, with many<br />

people willing to take risks in order to be successful.<br />

According to Juliana Coles, most salespeople<br />

who are successful, adhere to the “American way<br />

Nick Huish is the <strong>BEMER</strong> Director of Sales and Marketing for the United<br />

States. He has been working for the company since May 2014. He<br />

started out as a salesperson and a year later moved into administration.<br />

We have experienced phenomenal growth and position in the US<br />

due to our incredible product and people who call Bemer, family. I am<br />

honored to be a part of a company which is the industry leader in our<br />

field. As such, this success experienced is attributed to multiple areas.<br />

First the people who pioneered <strong>BEMER</strong>. Second by the group of people<br />

that lead the way, our Bemer distributors. The unwavering dedication<br />

of the people who share our product with the public in the United<br />

States are, in my opinion, some of the most unique and committed<br />

people ever seen in the networking industry. A common goal and<br />

The networking star couple George and Barbara Gasich<br />
