Y member rate: $40/month<br />

Y non-member rate: $60/month<br />

Experience this fun and empowering form of exercise, which will<br />

spark your interest and revitalize your routine. This training allows<br />

users to self-adjust the amount of resistance they want, making it<br />

suitable for people of all fitness levels by making small changes in<br />

foot, hand or body position. Users can precisely control how<br />

challenging they want each exercise to be. The TRX will help to<br />

develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability<br />

simultaneously. Groups are limited to so there is plenty of<br />

individual attention to go around. A monthly payment plan is<br />

available. Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are<br />

charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and<br />

there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested.<br />

Youth Conditioning in the Can will accommodate all fitness levels.<br />

The small group setting will allow our trainers to meet the needs<br />

of each participant and get them the results they are looking for. A<br />

monthly payment plan is available. Cost shown reflects the full rate<br />

through Oct and payments are charged monthly. New registrations<br />

are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation<br />

can be requested.<br />
