For those with little experience or who are not comfortable in the
water. Have fun, build trust, and gain confidence. Participants
start with breath control and progress to floating. Skills and
techniques covered include breath control, front crawl, and back
strokes.

This class progresses from beginner swim lessons to increase your
confidence in the water. Students refine basic stroke mechanics,
expand their knowledge in the water, and improve the overall
experience. Skills include breaststroke, backstroke, and turns.
Ages: 13 and up

Parent/Child Stage A: Water Discovery
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Accompanied by a parent and/or caregiver, infants and toddlers
learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness
skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while
parents and/or caregivers learn about water safety, drowning
prevention, and the importance of supervision.
Ages: 6 months-1½
