Youth Stage 6: Stroke Mechanics<br />
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday<br />

Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 5. For school-age children who<br />
can swim 50 yards unassisted and show endurance in the water<br />
with any stroke or combination of strokes. In Stage 6 students<br />
refine stroke technique on all major competitive strokes, learn<br />
about competitive swimming, and discover how to incorporate<br />
swimming into a healthy lifestyle.<br />
