Begin with your legs, then your<br />

arms and work from the bottom towards<br />

the top. When you do this in the morning,<br />

while getting your massage. You are likely<br />

to feel lightheaded when you first stand<br />

up, so move with care at first to make sure<br />

your speed. At first, you should go slowly<br />

to allow the recipient to become acquainted<br />

with your touch so their muscles can<br />

begin to be less taut. Then you can later<br />

move faster with your hands and apply<br />
