KEEP YOURSELF
HYDRATED
Keep yourself hydrated and
eat foods with healthy oils.
Why is this crucial? Hydrated
skin makes cellulite less obvious.
With the right hydration,
your body “plumps” up
your skin so that those dimples
aren’t as easy to see. Being
hydrated is an effective
and easy way to fight cellulite.
When you have cellulite, it
helps to focus on making your
skin look good. When you take
vitamins and drink water regularly,
this can improve the
skin’s elasticity which can make
it appear smoother. Men have
thicker epidermises, which is
why cellulite doesn’t occur as
often with them.
5
STOP SMOKING IMMEDIATELY
Smoking will make cellulite worse
than it should be. Smoking adds toxins
to the bloodstream and toughens
the skin. These toxins exacerbate
cellulite substantially. Wrinkles and
other problems associated with aging
often follow. If quitting feels especially
difficult, speak with your doctor.
Don’t take up smoking.
Smoking interferes with
how well your body handles
toxins; this is known
to cause cellulite as it
limits skin elasticity.
If you are a smoker,
at the very least cut
your consumption.
