Sethumadavan voluntarily gave Rs. 6000/- towards office<br />
maintainance for the period April <strong>2018</strong> to <strong>March</strong> 2019.<br />
Board member Sri. Suresh Nair voluntarily agreed to pay<br />
Rs. 200/- monthly towards maintenance. Sri. Praveen Nair<br />
also agreed to pay Rs. 200/- monthly. The EC members<br />
tentatively fixed the date of AGM as 27-5-<strong>2018</strong>. The<br />
meeting was hosted by Treasurer Sri. Ravindran. Secretary<br />
proposed vote of thanks. He thanked the EC members<br />
specially Sri. Ravindran and family for hosting the meeting.<br />
The next meeting is fixed at 5-30 a.m on 8-4-18.<br />
SADASHIVANAGAR<br />
The Executive committee meeting was held on Sunday<br />
11th <strong>March</strong>' <strong>2018</strong>. The meeting started at 11a.m. with<br />
Prayer, Aacharya Vandanam and Condolence Prayer for the<br />
departed souls. Subsequently Vice President Sri. Chandran<br />
welcomed the members. Secretary presented the minutes of<br />
the last EC meeting and the committee approved the same.<br />
The statement of accounts were presented by Treasurer Mr.<br />
Gopalakrishnan and got approved by the committee.<br />
Mahila Convention / Mega Thiruvathira: The committee<br />
discussed and decided to contribute for the upcoming Mahila<br />
Convention / Mega Thiruvathira. The payment will be<br />
transferred accordingly in the coming days.<br />
New Memberships: The new membership enrolment<br />
activities are going on. All EC members were advised to<br />
enroll new members from their circle.<br />
Scholarship: As a part of commitment to the society, we<br />
discussed and decided to sponsor the Tuition Fees for one,<br />
most deserving student (As will be recommended by the<br />
School Authorities)of Class VII of our MMET school for<br />
the year <strong>2018</strong>-19.<br />
The Committee conveyed its special thanks to Sri<br />
Gangadharan Nair for hosting the EC meeting with High<br />
Tea. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by our<br />
Treasurer Mr. K Gopalakrishnan<br />
SARJAPURA<br />
The Special Executive Committee meeting of the<br />
Karayogam was conducted at 6 p.m. on Saturday 24th Feb<br />
<strong>2018</strong> at #209, Kristal Quartz 2, Yamare, Sarjapur Road.<br />
After Prayer, Acharya Smarana and welcome address, Jt.<br />
Secretary presented the minutes of last EC meeting which<br />
was approved by EC. EC authorized Jt.Secretary Sri.<br />
Jayasankar Kumar to execute the functions of Secretary<br />
until next Annual General Meeting in place of Mr. Madhu,<br />
Secretary. The decision of the EC meeting and all relevant<br />
documentations were submitted to <strong>KNSS</strong> Board. Meeting<br />
concluded at 7.30 pm with vote of thanks by Secretary.<br />
The Executive Committee meeting of the Karayogam for<br />
the month of Mar'18 was conducted at 4 p.m. on Sunday<br />
11th Mar <strong>2018</strong>. After Prayer, Acharya Smarana and welcome<br />
address, Secretary Sri.Jayasankar presented the minutes of<br />
Special EC meeting in Feb18 and was approved by EC.<br />
Treasurer presented the accounts for the month of Feb<br />
<strong>2018</strong> and the same was approved by EC. EC reviewed the<br />

preparations for Mahila Convention and Mega Thiruvathira<br />
event on 18th Mar'18. It was decided to ensure maximum<br />
participation from our Karayogam and Mahila Vibhag to<br />
make this event a great success.<br />
Social Responsibility programmes: Secretary presented a<br />
Social Responsibility program for our Karayogam. Several<br />
activities have been presented, discussed and all members<br />
of the EC were of the opinion that such programs shall be<br />
planned on a monthly basis. As a first step, EC has approved<br />
the plan to visit a charitable organization in Sarjapura area<br />
which is taking care of children with HIV. The proposed date<br />
is 1st April <strong>2018</strong>. Secretary was authorised to coordinate<br />
with all concerned. Meeting concluded at 6pm with vote of<br />
thanks by Secretary.<br />
SULLIA<br />
Executive committee meeting was held at 5. p.m. on 4th<br />
<strong>March</strong> <strong>2018</strong> at our office. Meeting started with prayer<br />
followed by Acharya vandanam. President Mr. Prabhakaran<br />
Nair presided over the meeting. The meeting evaluated the<br />
activities of the Karayogam. The main discussion was about<br />
the loan of Rupees 1,00,000(Rupees one lakh) which we had<br />
taken from <strong>KNSS</strong> Board for construction of Karayogam<br />
office building. Since we had paid back an amount of Rs<br />
40,000 towards repayment of this loan it was decided that<br />
the remaining Rupees 60,000 should be paid back without<br />
delay from the chitty fund. The President appreciated and<br />
encouraged the participants who are getting ready to take<br />
