■ For orders exceeding 1000,00 € transport is free along the <strong>Riviera</strong>.<br />
■ For orders less than 1000,00 € a transport fee will be added.<br />

TAX FREE DELIVERIES OF CONSUMABLE<br />
GOODS ON YACHTS<br />
Tax free goods destined for consumption during the period of a valid charter contract,<br />
are available to commercially registered yachts, employing a permanent crew,<br />
providing the yacht leaves the port within the 48 hours following delivery of the tax<br />
free goods.<br />
What we need from you…<br />
■ The Order – The contents of the order (as precisely as possibly) and your<br />
desired delivery date and time, along with at least 2 contact numbers.<br />
■ A copy of the Ships’ Papers clearly stating the vessel is commercially registered.<br />
■ A copy of the Charter Contract<br />
■ A copy of the Crew List<br />
■ A “demande d’Avitaillement” or tax free application form, filled out and<br />
stamped by the captain of the yacht. (We will provide you with this form)<br />
■ TIME! – Please allow at least 48 hours before the delivery of the goods. Our customs<br />
agent will present this information to the Customs Authorities who will prepare<br />
the necessary customs documents at their own speed. The customs may insist on<br />
being present delivery and have been known to board yachts at this time.<br />
Tax free deliveries can only be done Monday-Friday, 9-12 and 14-17.<br />
There will be a surcharge to cover the cost of our customs agent’s time.<br />
It is forbidden to consume goods bought under tax free conditions alongside, and we<br />
cannot deliver tax free goods to static charters. It is also forbidden to disembark goods<br />
purchased under tax free conditions unless payment of the local taxes has been paid to<br />
the local authorities.<br />
Tax on deliveries cannot be reclaimed retrospectively.<br />
