An impeccable and beautiful estate run by<br />
Romain Ott produces wines with purity,<br />
focus and finesse. The two rosés are some<br />
of the most delicate and elegant in the area<br />
and the estate is certified organic. Romain<br />
is against the fashion of very protective<br />
wine making when no oxygen is allowed<br />
in contact with the wine. Instead he wants<br />
to produce wines that also can beenjoyed a<br />
few years after harvest as well as being<br />
beautiful and crisp early on too.<br />
CHÂTEAU MINUTY<br />
Château Minuty is located only 10<br />
minutes from the town of Saint Tropez and<br />
is owned by the Matton-Farnet family<br />
who has been wine producers in Provence<br />
for three centuries. It is considered one of<br />
the top estates in the area and in 1955 it<br />
was classified as Grand Cru of Provence<br />
together with 23 other estates. They make<br />
four different quality ranges and the Or<br />
series contains the flagship wine for each<br />
colour. The Rosé Or is one of the finest<br />
rosés from Provence and is made of 50<br />
years old Grenache vines, giving great<br />
complexity and depth to the wine.<br />
