CREATES THE GREAT LEADER<br />

Many leaders are concerned<br />
about the state of<br />
their countries and are<br />
discouraged because they<br />
do not know that just one<br />
uncommon thought can make a major<br />
difference.<br />
<strong>The</strong>re is a unique thought from an<br />
anonymous writer that inspired me and it<br />
goes “When I was young my imagination<br />
had no limits, I dreamed of changing<br />
the world. As I grew older and wiser, I<br />
discovered the world would not change,<br />
so I shortened my sights and decided to<br />
change only my country. But it seemed<br />
immovable. As I grew into my twilight<br />
years, in one last desperate attempt, I<br />
settled for changing my family, those<br />
closest to me. But alas, they would have<br />
none of it. And then as I lay on my<br />
deathbed, I realized if I had only changed<br />
myself first, then by example I might<br />
have changed my family! From their<br />
inspiration and enthusiasm, they could<br />
then change the community, who could<br />
then change other communities, which<br />
would then change the country. If the<br />
