This is the second consecutive year that George earned the coveted award, which represents the top 4.4 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. n Turtle Creek Michael Kulich of Turtle Creek was recognized as the overall national outstanding homeowner leader of the year by the Community Associations Institute for outstanding achievement on an association board. Michael serves as president of the Turtle Creek Homeowners Association. During the past year, he oversaw multiple accomplishments at Turtle Creek to earn this award. Individuals were nominated by their community association peers, colleagues and managers as homeowners who go above and beyond to serve their communities. This year, CAI’s Homeowners Leaders Council selected 10 honorees, including one overall winner from more than 200 nominations. A recognition event for all winners was held this month at the CAI National Conference in Washington, D.C. n Windermere Turtle Creek Homeowners Association President Michael Kulich is named the Community Associations Institute Overall National Outstanding Homeowner Leader of the Year. Windermere resident Ronald Ziolkowski, aka Ron the Realtor, became the No. 1 Re/Max Realtor in the state of Florida for 2017, earning the highest award Re/Max can bestow, the Diamond Club Award. During 2017, Ron closed 168 homes, totaling more than $64 million. Among his other awards, Ron has been voted best Realtor by Ronald Ziolkowski, aka Ron the Realtor, of Windermere earns a Re/Max Diamond Club Award. Southwest Orlando Bulletin readers for three years. Ana Salas of Windermere premiered an original documentary, Unless, at the McDaniel Cinema Showcase. The event featured capstone films written, directed, produced and edited by cinema majors at McDaniel College as portfolios of their work.
