BiERBACH ® fixing aid template for
DaBAU ® screws
BiERBACH ® DaBAU ® screws are set into rafters at an angle of 67° through the
counter lath and the insulation material. The BiERBACH ® fixing aid template
guarantees to maintain this angle. It is suited for 60 mm and 80 mm resp. 60
mm, 80 mm and 100 mm wide counter laths. Due to the particular
construction characteristic the offset guide of the screw is ensured, i.e.
the screws are always centred into the rafter, thus preventing the screw
from emerging sideways.
Application:
The necessary screw distances are marked in accordance with the static
calculations. The triangular shaped notch is positioned on the marking.
The BiERBACH ® DaBAU ® screw is inserted into the respective screw slot and
screwed in with the threading fully entered into the counter lath. Now the
template can be withdrawn over the screw shank. The DaBAU ® screw can
now be screwed in to its full length without interruption.
