The company
BiERBACH ® was founded in 1855 in Altena, a village
situated in the Sauerland region. Today the headquarters
are in Unna. With a qualified staff of 200 employees
and an annual production of almost 10.000 tons of
fixing products BiERBACH ® has become one of the
leading manufacturers in its branch.
With over 150 years in the market place and the
consequently gained experience, combined with a
user orientated company philosophy, BiERBACH ®
clientele are ensured a reliable and efficient partner.
BiERBACH ® has proved this yet again by being one
of the first companies of its type to have its quality
management system certified to
DIN EN ISO 9001:2004.
Research and Production
BiERBACH ® products are developed in close
connection with users, architects and design engineers.
Customer requirements and requests are given top
priority at BiERBACH ® , right from the first contact with
the BiERBACH ® research team via the subsequent
stages of construction on CAD through to the first
sample presentation.
The subsequent series production processing, in
each of the three different manufacturing divisions for
wire, sheet metal and plastic, is accomplished on timeand
power saving computer controlled production
units ensuring a constant high level of quality.
For all of the BiERBACH ® products the highest level
of raw material quality and production precision is
demanded: Our in-house materials laboratory
controls for example, the structural texture and the
strengths of the used semi-finished goods, and
optical devices ensure the accuracy of size allowing
for a 100% fault separation.

The Range
More than 5000 different products, made of metal
and plastic materials, encompass the BiERBACH ®
range, developed for various fields of applications.
It offers the simplest skirting pin through to complex
timber connectors with calculated design values that
are officially approved by Building Control Authorities
and european technical approvals (ETA + CE-sign) as
well as classified to DIN 1052:2008-12
It satisfies the requirements of the professional as
well as the private DIY end user.
The continuous research to adapt the products to
the changing market requirements is not an annoying
obligation but in fact a natural part of the BiERBACH ®
philosophy.
The experience of many years, the profound knowhow
and the most modern and extensive technical
equipment, help to put all of this into practice,

Distribution and Service
