General information for concrete screws
This self tapping concrete screw has been specially developed for
plug-free fastenings in concrete, sand lime brick, solid brick,
natural stone, cavity concrete blocks and clinker.
Screwing-in depth in concrete is usually between 30 mm and 35 mm.
Pre-drill hole appr. 5 mm deeper as screw-in depth.
Clean pre-drilled hole (blow out).

This modern fixing element is a self-tapping screw for virtually all known
construction materials and serves for fast plug-free direct fastening.
BiERBACH ® concrete Euro screws* are usable not only in efficient
batch applications but also for many fixing solutions in handicraft and
industry.
This extensive, virtually almost universal application spectrum
meets the requirements of the craftsmen for a fastener that is exceptionally
low-cost and profit making.

Anchoring base:
• Concrete, sand lime brick, solid brick, pumice, light concrete,
aerated concrete, honeycomb brick, natural stone, full clinker
Procedure:
• Drill hole with trade available hammer drill.
In lightweight materials and hollow block brickwork use only drill
mode.
In aerated concrete upto grade G4, no pre-drilling required.
• The minimum drilled hole depth should be screw embedded
depth + 2 x screw Ø.
• BiERBACH ® concrete Euro screws* can be driven in with an electric
screwdriver or with a hammer screwdriver.
Typical application fields:
• Shelving, skirting board, fire extinguisher, steel profiles, cable
conduits, lightings, switch boxes, signs, pipe clips, steel sheets,
sprinkler systems, branching boxes, partion walls, separation walls
• Sub-constructions of wood or metal, timber beams, lattices, beams,
purlins, window and door latches, flashings, thresholds beams.
