BiLO ® -Terrace screw /-Deck screw

BiLO ® -Terrace screws of stainless steel rustproof allow for corrosion resistant
and quick fastening of terrace boards like Bangkirai, Massaranduba, Itauba or
Lapacho/Ipe, preferably in outdoor areas.
Product advantages:
• Construction of durable quality joints without rust stains or dark
discolouring by attacks of tannic acid.
• The special combination of BiROX ® -drive, thread form, slotted notch,
friction part and small milling head will make pre-drilling and pre-countersinking
of the terrace board unnecessary.
• The practice proven BiROX ® -drive secures the best torque transfer
without damaging of the head or the floor board by bit slipping.
• The attacking milling ribs under the head support the exact and complete
countersinking providing a neat setting. Screwing and countersinking in
one operation.
• The partial thread section under the head generates a vise effect, thus
keeping the floor board tight to the subconstruction.
• On account of the small head the BiLO ® -Terrace screw can be mounted
both in the gap between the boards and on the woodboard itself.
• The notched point can be precisely set. The BiLO ® -Terrace screw can be
screwed in exactly and fast directly through the terrace board into the
subconstruction. In case of fastenings on specially hard woods pre-drilling
and pre-countersinking is recommendable.
