EXECUTIVE CHEF JÖRG RICHTER<br />

After working extensively in Germany, such as side-by-side<br />

with world famous Chef Lothar Eiermann, Jörg Richter<br />

led well-established restaurants in Tokyo, Singapore,<br />

Stockholm, Bern and Frankfurt.<br />

In 2004, he took the leadership as Executive Chef<br />

at the Steigenberger Hotel Der Sonnenhof and began to diversify<br />

the <strong>CALLA</strong> kitchen according to his imagination, experience<br />

and professionalism.<br />
