J.A.P. van Oosten (1948), Chairman<br />
Mr Van Oosten graduated as a civil engineer<br />
from the Technical University of Delft in<br />
1974. Mr Van Oosten joined <strong>BAM</strong> in 1976 as<br />
a Planning Engineer, before becoming<br />
Project Manager, Works Manager and<br />
Project Implementation Manager. He was<br />
appointed deputy director of <strong>BAM</strong><br />
Vastgoed in 1985 and director in 1986. His<br />
appointment as director of <strong>BAM</strong><br />
Utiliteitsbouw followed in 1992. Mr Van<br />
Oosten has been a member of the Executive<br />
Board of <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>BAM</strong> <strong>Group</strong> since 1995. Mr<br />
Van Oosten was appointed as chairman of<br />
the Executive Board in 2005. He is a Dutch<br />
national.<br />

N.J. de Vries (1951), Vice-Chairman<br />
Mr De Vries completed an architecture<br />
foundation course in 1971. He went on to<br />
earn a degree in civil engineering from the<br />
Technical University of Delft in 1977. In 1977<br />
Mr De Vries joined <strong>BAM</strong> as a planning<br />
engineer, after which he held positions as<br />
project manager, works manager and<br />
branch director. In 1986 he was appointed<br />
deputy director and in 1990 director of <strong>BAM</strong><br />
Utiliteitsbouw, followed in 1995 by his<br />
appointment as sector director of Civil<br />
Engineering for <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>BAM</strong> <strong>Group</strong>. Mr De<br />
Vries has been a member of the Executive<br />
Board of <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>BAM</strong> <strong>Group</strong> since 1998. He is<br />
a Dutch national.<br />

M.J. Rogers (1955)<br />
Mr Rogers gained a higher National Diploma<br />
in Building Studies at the Hertfordshire<br />
College of Building. He is a Fellow of the<br />
Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and<br />
a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers<br />
(FICE). Mr Rogers started his career with a<br />
medium-sized Hertfordshire-based<br />
construction company. He then joined<br />
Farrow Construction in 1977, before joining<br />
<strong>BAM</strong> in 1979. Mr Rogers’ initial position was<br />
planning engineer; he moved into contracts<br />
management in 1981. He was appointed a<br />
construction director in 1989 and regional<br />
director in 1995. He was promoted to the<br />
main board of <strong>BAM</strong> Construct UK in 2001<br />
and became managing director in 2002. In<br />
2007 he became CEO of <strong>BAM</strong> Nuttall Ltd. Mr<br />
Rogers became a member of the Executive<br />
Board of <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>BAM</strong> <strong>Group</strong> in <strong>2009</strong>. He is a<br />
British national.<br />

J. Ruis (1950)<br />
Mr Ruis joined <strong>BAM</strong> in 1971 and has held a<br />
number of different financial positions.<br />
Mr Ruis has been on <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>BAM</strong> <strong>Group</strong>’s<br />
Executive Board since 2004 (Chief Financial<br />
Officer). He is a Dutch national.<br />
R.P. van Wingerden MBA (1961)<br />
Mr Van Wingerden graduated as a civil<br />
engineer from the Technical University of<br />
Delft in 1988. He joined the <strong>Group</strong> as a<br />
project surveyor in 1988 and subsequently<br />
worked in a variety of (project)<br />
management roles for operating companies<br />
in the Netherlands and elsewhere. He was<br />
appointed Director of HBG Bouw en<br />
Vastgoed in 2000, and subsequently<br />
became Director at <strong>BAM</strong> Utiliteitsbouw in<br />
2002, prior to being appointed Chairman of<br />
the Board of <strong>BAM</strong> Woningbouw in 2005.<br />
Mr Van Wingerden has been an Executive<br />
Board member since 2008. He is a Dutch<br />
national.<br />
