special hot runner system.<br />
With the concept-products<br />
of the Advanced series, the<br />
moulder receives a fully customer-specific<br />
system, tailored<br />
to defined needs without any<br />
compromising, that will perform<br />
exactly as it should.<br />
This hot runner series was made<br />
possible by the development of several<br />
different nozzle tips with new<br />
openings. These provide an optimal<br />
solution for every material <strong>and</strong><br />
accommodate lateral-injection <strong>and</strong><br />
multiple-gating requirements. Within<br />
24 hours of request, DME will offer a<br />
quotation for a complex hot runner<br />
solution, including a 3D drawing <strong>and</strong><br />
a multiflow system if needed. Delivery<br />
of such a system can be expected<br />
in 7 to 20 working days, depending<br />
on the complexity, plus transport.<br />
