In the Short Term<br />
The Teach For India Fellowship places outstanding professionals and college<br />
graduates as full time teachers in low-income and under-resourced schools<br />
for two years. They become aware of the realities of educational inequity and<br />
their classrooms become a platforms for leadership development.<br />
In the Long Term<br />
The Alumni, informed by their experiences, create systematic change and fuel<br />
the larger movement towards educational equity.<br />
