promoting her movie Race 3. She’s getting ready for yet another TV appearance to amplify the movie. Her
last few movies Kick, Judwaa 2, Housefull 3… have catapulted her to the top of the Bollywood ecosystem.
Consequently, she’s on top of every commercial filmmaker’s wish list. She’s clear in her head that a
commercial actress is what she wants to be. She won’t do a woman-oriented film just because others are
doing it or because she wants to be recognised as an actress. She wants to play to her strengths and
mainstream Hindi cinema is just up her alley. Clearly, the outsider has become the insider. She’s learnt
from her mistakes. She’s learnt not to be intimidated by people. Having the right attitude, she says, is
the key to a successful career. Patience, she insists, is the mainstay for surviving showbiz. Yes, things
are finally falling into place for Jacqueline Fernandez. With a support system consisting of
Salman Khan, Sajid Nadiadwala and Remo D’Souza, things couldn’t be better for
