STATEMENT OF SALARIES AND WAGES PAID<br />
GENERAL<br />
The statement of salaries and wages paid to employees during the year ended 31 March 2003<br />
lists gross remuneration which includes, besides regular salaries and wages, payments for<br />
overtime, shift premiums, isolation and other allowances and payout of earned entitlements.<br />
SEVERANCE GRANTS<br />
During the fiscal year ended 31 March 2003 there were 32 severance agreements made between<br />
<strong>BC</strong> <strong>Hydro</strong> (including Construction Business Unit) and its non-unionized employees. These<br />
agreements represented from 3 to 20 months compensation.
