The City sewer main is available for connection. The owner has agreed to the terms of the standard pre-annexation agreement and the sewer rate for outside the city limits. The property owner will be responsible for the sewer line from the main tap to his buildings. The effluent must be residential sewage only. City of Hays Planning, Inspection and Enforcement Division will be inspecting the system tap Utilities Department, recommends approving the agreement allowing the property owner to connect to City of Hays sanitary sewer. 20
