All potential stakeholders in previous HTA reports were asked to input into the report’s<br />
methods. The preparation of this report involved two relevant stakeholders: ASSOBIOMEDICA and<br />
ISS. The following manufacturers collaborated to our project: BIOMET, DEPUY, LIMA, LINK,<br />
MEDACTA and STRYKER. The ISS also took part in the design and review of the manuscript.<br />
