A complex project from the ground<br />
up, seamlessly integrating clean details<br />
inside while uniting classic elements<br />
outside to produce a home addition<br />
where not a single detail was left<br />
neglected. This project incorporated<br />
the addition of an English conservatory<br />
and natatorium to the side of an existing<br />
antique North Shore residence.<br />
The new addition houses a family<br />
room and a negative edge pool, as well<br />
as a new three car garage and state-ofthe-art<br />
home theatre and entertaining<br />
room. The existing home and new<br />
construction was fitted with a new home<br />
automation system to control nearly<br />
every system in the house from the<br />
geothermal HVAC system to the lights<br />
on the pier.<br />
