with the Mara Elephant Project,<br />
which protects Kenyan<br />
elephants at risk from poaching<br />
through collaring and monitoring.<br />
In Asia, WildAid continues<br />
campaigns to end the ivory<br />
trade by reducing the demand.<br />
ECUADOR<br />
Our clients traveling to South<br />
America support the Ker &<br />
Downey Education Fund at the<br />
Galo Plaza Lasso Foundation,<br />
which underwrites the foundation's<br />
library programs, three<br />
school scholarships and an<br />
annual summer camp for close<br />
to 60 kids in remote Andean<br />
communities. The organization<br />
provides aid — via education,<br />
conservation and community<br />
development projects — to underserved<br />
