doesn’t just line up for you. You need to
place the first domino and put it in motion.

Let’s analyze this. What’s the current language
of your managers and producers?
Do they blame a shift in the market on a
blip, or a glitch? Perhaps they blame it on
an anomaly? Do they say, it’s a bad
month? Do they fight the reality of a situation
and toss responsibility elsewhere, and
perhaps on other people within the
company? How many times have you heard
someone say, it’s not my job? Do you notice
others simply hoping that things change for
the better? Do they feel this is the best they
can do? If you answered “yes” to any of

of the problem, and address the reality
