And do these things:<br />

• Greatly reduce or eliminate bovine<br />

(cow) dairy products.<br />

• Greatly reduce processed foods (it’s<br />

the chemicals!).<br />

• Reduce protein (animal or vegetable)<br />

intake to 4 – 6 oz daily for men and 2<br />

– 5 oz daily for women.<br />

• Keep nuts to a small handful a couple<br />

a times a week.<br />

• Greatly reduce or eliminate alcohol<br />

instance, with just a few ounces of meat<br />

every day (if you eat meat).<br />

Eat organic as much as you can to eliminate<br />

more chemicals from the diet.<br />
