SEASON CHANGE
Twenty-Seven Names has just dropped the first
of its autumn collection, A Cat May Look At
A Queen. Designers Anjali Stewart and Rachel
Easting say they’ve never had so much fun
creating a collection before and that’s all due to its
colourful, playful nature. Drawing on 70s-inspired
florals and featuring balloons and cats in prints,
there are a range of look-at-me pieces in the mix,
beside denim and oversized knits. With autumn
come the coats – look out for everything from
sleek long green offerings to the Dani coat, a
plush fluffy number in aqua blue.
TOTES ON TREND
Simplicity is what we look for in a tote and Federation
has read our minds. Part of the new leather goods
collection, The Always Tote Bag is sleek and subtle,
with its handle details doing all the talking. There’s a
touch of gold on the zip pulls and on the detachable
strap – another winning trait, but other than that, it’s an
all black winner. federation.co.nz
STEP UP
How are those New Year’s resolutions going? Perhaps
you need the right kicks to keep to your promise of
plenty of movement in 2019? Fortunately, Puma has
come to the party. Unveiled by none other than Selina
Gomez, the latest Amp XT brings us that go-to black
trainer with a shot of gold. A knitted collar, flex zone
and exaggerated heel offers movement, comfort and
traction all in one.
