375 horsepower and<br />
410 lbs of torque with its sixspeed<br />
manual transmission.<br />
5.7 ltr engine, can do 0-60 in<br />
about 5 seconds. Approximate<br />
weight with its originals<br />
specifications is 4082 lbs.<br />
Engine has been modified to<br />
a 422 Stroker Big block with a<br />
F1R Procharger, methanol injection<br />
and aluminum heads.<br />
They expect his Challenger<br />
will get in the high 8’s in the<br />
quarter mile. Mike has yet<br />
to run his car on the track.<br />
The curb weight is approximately<br />
3900 lbs. The purpose<br />
of the strut bar in the engine<br />
bay is for better handling of<br />
his challenger.<br />
Dodge Challengers interior<br />
specs are Nappa leather on<br />
the doors and racing seats<br />
which have a lumbar adjustment.<br />
Mike has added some<br />
red trim pieces to the doors<br />
and red to the control knobs<br />
on the dash board, along with<br />
the R/T plates on the doors as<br />
well. Mike has had his sons<br />
Guardian emblem embroidered<br />
in his headrests. Custom<br />
trunk pieces of the R/T<br />
and the Kansas City Mopars<br />
trunk covers were done by<br />
Al Stone of Kansas City.<br />
The custom roll cage, racing<br />
wing and installation of the<br />
parachute were installed by<br />
Spencer at Dash Built in Fort<br />
Worth, Texas. Mike custom<br />
finished his engine bay with<br />
pieces from American Car<br />
