CORAL TONES<br />
Living coral or Pantone 16-1546 has been named<br />
colour of the year for <strong>2019</strong> – so this is something<br />
you might see creeping into interior trends this<br />
year. Think shades of coral, a vibrant and energetic<br />
colour – but don’t be alarmed it looks beautiful with<br />
simple paired back neutrals, a move towards the<br />
more conscious and sustainable. That’s where I will<br />
be taking it.<br />

towards spring. With the<br />
often-fraught ideas of January<br />
detox’s and decluttering<br />
programmes on the rise,<br />
think about what you really<br />

things a new lease of life<br />
– be it upcycling, selling,<br />
giving to charity. Don’t just bin, think about your<br />
environmental footprint when making decisions.<br />

Start tackling the small jobs that you’ve been<br />
putting off, you’ll find plenty of ideas and suppliers<br />

outdoor spaces in time for spring.<br />
In my case, I need to get all my bulbs ready to<br />
harvest (hopefully) an abundance of fresh flowers in<br />
the next few months. I loved the little colour pops of<br />
hellebores and snowdrops earlier this year.<br />
