The Kite Program (thekiteprogram.com) is an app for<br />
mothers, created by a mother. Ask any mother or father if<br />
parenting is hard, the answer will invariably be “Oh yes”. So,<br />
founder and mother-of-two, Hannah Hardy-Jones created<br />
The Kite Program; a beautifully modern, non-judgemental<br />
guide to the mammoth journey that is parenthood. The<br />
idea came to life after the birth of her first child and, when<br />
following a career in HR, the new mum felt as though<br />
she now needed a HR manager of her own to guide her<br />
through her new-found role as a mother.<br />
The app guides mothers though 14 separate courses<br />
called ‘Kites’; each one tackling a different topic from stress<br />
and sleep management to mindfulness and relationship<br />
issues once your new born has arrived. Each ‘Kite’ is comprised<br />
of a number of daily activities that new mums can<br />
work through at their own pace. This app is a helping hand<br />
that parents so deserve.<br />
