throughout, <strong>and</strong> a long, satisfying bitter<br />

Mourne Mountains - Irel<strong>and</strong><br />
c Red Gate - 4.2%<br />
Irish traditional red ale. Easy drinking,<br />
<strong>and</strong> clear red colour with malt <strong>and</strong> biscuit<br />
flavours.<br />
Nethergate - Long Melford<br />
c Stour Valley Gold - 4.2%<br />
A light <strong>and</strong> refreshing golden ale brewed<br />
using fragrant citrus hops.<br />
Newbridge - Bilston<br />
c LIttle Fox - 4.2%<br />
A easy-drinking bitter, inspired by the<br />
great brewers of the Black Country.<br />
Amber in colour, with complex earthy<br />
flavours.<br />
North Riding - Scarborough<br />
c Citra Pale - 4.5%<br />
Easy-drinking premium pale ale with a<br />
grapefruit <strong>and</strong> lemon taste <strong>and</strong> aroma.<br />
Phipp’s - Northampton<br />
c Bison - 4.6%<br />
A brown ale with the creamy texture of<br />
a stout, <strong>and</strong> the hoppy character of a<br />
strong ale. The best of both worlds.<br />
Phipps - Northampton<br />
c IPA - 4.3%<br />
Iconic Northamptonshire golden ale. A<br />
favourite of the county’s shoe workers,<br />
brewed to an authentic 1930’s recipe.<br />
Piddle - Piddletrenthide<br />
c Slasher - 5.1%<br />
Strong blonde, <strong>and</strong> fruity. Plenty of wheat<br />
to give a smooth mouthfeel balanced<br />
with a fruity punch, <strong>and</strong> gentle floral<br />
aroma.<br />
Pig & Porter - Tunbridge Wells<br />
c 300 Hairy Bears - 4.4%<br />
A blonde ale loosely described as a cross<br />
between a lager <strong>and</strong> a pale ale. It doesn’t<br />
use lager yeast, but it does have Pilsner<br />
malt <strong>and</strong> delicate Slovenian hops.<br />
Pomona Isl<strong>and</strong> - Manchester<br />
c Amarillo Mosaic Session IPA - 4.5% -<br />
Vegan<br />
Fiercely seasonal brewery that produces<br />
different iterations of core beers with<br />
varying hop profiles. Expect big fruit<br />
notes.<br />

c Edge of Darkness - 5.5%<br />
A black IPA generously hopped with<br />
Cascade <strong>and</strong> Centennial, <strong>and</strong> dry-hopped<br />
with Mosaic. Leaving a dry but fruity<br />
aftertaste.<br />
Rigg <strong>and</strong> Furrow - Acklington<br />
c Parlour - 5.2%<br />
Parlour was inspired by our brewhouse’s<br />
former life as a milking parlour. Brewed<br />
with milk, sugar, molasses, <strong>and</strong> malted<br />
oats for a full bodied <strong>and</strong> silky-smooth<br />
stout. Aromas of rich dark sugar, coffee,<br />
<strong>and</strong> chocolate, with a vanilla sweetness.
