throughout, and a long, satisfying bitter

Mourne Mountains - Ireland
c Red Gate - 4.2%
Irish traditional red ale. Easy drinking,
and clear red colour with malt and biscuit
flavours.
Nethergate - Long Melford
c Stour Valley Gold - 4.2%
A light and refreshing golden ale brewed
using fragrant citrus hops.
Newbridge - Bilston
c LIttle Fox - 4.2%
A easy-drinking bitter, inspired by the
great brewers of the Black Country.
Amber in colour, with complex earthy
flavours.
North Riding - Scarborough
c Citra Pale - 4.5%
Easy-drinking premium pale ale with a
grapefruit and lemon taste and aroma.
Phipp’s - Northampton
c Bison - 4.6%
A brown ale with the creamy texture of
a stout, and the hoppy character of a
strong ale. The best of both worlds.
Phipps - Northampton
c IPA - 4.3%
Iconic Northamptonshire golden ale. A
favourite of the county’s shoe workers,
brewed to an authentic 1930’s recipe.
Piddle - Piddletrenthide
c Slasher - 5.1%
Strong blonde, and fruity. Plenty of wheat
to give a smooth mouthfeel balanced
with a fruity punch, and gentle floral
aroma.
Pig & Porter - Tunbridge Wells
c 300 Hairy Bears - 4.4%
A blonde ale loosely described as a cross
between a lager and a pale ale. It doesn’t
use lager yeast, but it does have Pilsner
malt and delicate Slovenian hops.
Pomona Island - Manchester
c Amarillo Mosaic Session IPA - 4.5% -
Vegan
Fiercely seasonal brewery that produces
different iterations of core beers with
varying hop profiles. Expect big fruit
notes.
Redhouse Brewery - Newcastle
c Edge of Darkness - 5.5%
A black IPA generously hopped with
Cascade and Centennial, and dry-hopped
with Mosaic. Leaving a dry but fruity
aftertaste.
Rigg and Furrow - Acklington
c Parlour - 5.2%
Parlour was inspired by our brewhouse’s
former life as a milking parlour. Brewed
with milk, sugar, molasses, and malted
oats for a full bodied and silky-smooth
stout. Aromas of rich dark sugar, coffee,
and chocolate, with a vanilla sweetness.
