Plenty of choice for eating out
The Selwyn area is home to a huge
range of restaurants, cafes, pubs,
takeaways, fast food and bakeries.
For that night out the choice of
restaurant will be made depending on
whether it is a dinner for two or a larger
group where a venue with a variety of
dishes might be the solution. For lovers
of ethnic food there is the Veenuz Indian
D’zire in Prebbleton, Curry Pot and
Chinese takeaway in Lincoln or several
Thai and sushi options in Rolleston.
Cafés are always popular for that
casual get together with family and
friends. Many in the district are part of a
bakery making the selection even more
delicious.
The local pub is also a must go to in
terms of atmosphere and value for
money – and supporting the local
hoteliers at the same time.
