unlawful use of a weaponfirearm,<br />

after police ran his<br />

vehicle plate through dispatch<br />

while on patrol, and<br />

learned that his vehicle is<br />

the offending vehicle in a<br />

crash report, according to<br />

the Tinley Park Police Department.<br />

According to the<br />

report, Krumrie had a valid<br />

Tinley Park Police Department<br />

warrant for leaving<br />

the scene of a property<br />

damage crash. Krumrie’s<br />

vehicle was parked on the<br />

street outside of the American<br />

Legion where police<br />

entered and asked to speak<br />

with him outside. Krumrie<br />

allegedly had a loaded<br />

Smith & Wesson .38 revolver<br />

on his front wasitband<br />

in a pouch holster.<br />

According to the report,<br />

Krumrie has a valid FOID<br />

card but does not have a<br />

concealed carry license.<br />

$400 worth of items from<br />

a vehicle parked in front<br />

of a residence on Queen<br />

Elizabeth Lane, according<br />

to the Tinley Park Police<br />

Department. According to<br />

the report, the woman told<br />

police that her pink set of<br />

Beats by Dre worth $200<br />

and a silver set of Revo<br />

sunglasses worth $200<br />

were taken from her vehicle,<br />

both of which were<br />

in the center console.<br />

April 23<br />

•Person(s) unknown<br />

broke into a locker in the<br />

women’s locker room of<br />

Charter Fitness, located<br />

at 16010 Harlem Ave. in<br />

Tinley Park, and stolen the<br />

woman’s iPhone 7, valued<br />

at $350; her wallet, valued<br />

at $20 with credit cards<br />

and gift cards inside; and<br />

the Master Lock padlock,<br />

valued at $10, according<br />

to the Tinley Park Police<br />

Department. According<br />

to the report, the woman<br />

told police that she placed<br />

her backback and purse<br />

inside a gym locker in the<br />

women’s locker room and<br />

secured it with her Mast<br />

Lock three-digit combination<br />

padlock. The woman<br />

said that all three pouches<br />

of the purse were unzipped<br />

and open when she placed<br />

it inside the locker. According<br />

to the woman,<br />

when she returned to the<br />

locker, she observed the<br />

padlock to be missing from<br />

the locker door and saw<br />

that her iPhone and wallet<br />

were missing. The police<br />

reported stated that the<br />

woman located her iPhone<br />

at a nearby McDonald’s<br />

using the Find My iPhone<br />

app on a Charter Fitness<br />

employee’s cellphone. The<br />

woman and police went<br />

to the McDonald’s where<br />

they found it inside a garbage<br />

can. According to police,<br />

the woman received<br />

numerous fraudulent alerts<br />

from Chase for her credit<br />

card being used at Target,<br />

Walmart and Foot Locker.<br />

April 16<br />

•Gregory Harris, 54, of the<br />

800 block of S. Hermitage<br />

Street in Chicago, was issued<br />

citations for driving<br />

while license suspended<br />

and improper use of registration,<br />

after police conducted<br />

a random registration<br />

check on his vehicle<br />

and learned that the plate<br />

was for a 2007 BMW but<br />

the registration was on a<br />

2002 Honda Accord, according<br />

to the Tinley Park<br />

Police Department.<br />
