Clarified Mojito<br />
1.5 ounces Flor de Caña Extra Seco<br />
1 ounce clarified lime juice<br />
2 white sugar cubes<br />
6-8 fresh mint leaves<br />
Soda water<br />
Add the rum, lime juice, sugar cubes and mint to the bottom of a<br />
highball glass. Use a muddler to mix liquid ingredients and press the<br />
mint. After sugar has dissolved, fill glass with ice and top with soda<br />
water. Garnish with a mint sprig.<br />

2 ounces Cedar Ridge Malted Rye Whiskey<br />
1.5 ounces blueberry cinnamon puree<br />
3/4 ounce Muscadine Shrub<br />
House-made Blueberry Ginger Beer<br />
Blueberries<br />
Mint leaves<br />
In a rocks glass, muddle 3-5 blueberries<br />
and 2-3 mint leaves. Fill cocktail shaker<br />
with ice. Add whiskey, blueberry puree<br />
and shrub. Shake well. Pour cocktail into<br />
glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with<br />
blueberries and a mint leaf.<br />
