During the final review, I received some useful<br />
feedback. Richard said that the model showed<br />
there might be a lack of thinking of the relationship<br />
between my building and the site. It seems that the<br />
back façade is too close to the old building in the site<br />
and I am not responding that well. He also mentioned<br />
that it was a good opportunity to make my ground<br />
floor more active. The guest tutor suggested that the<br />
lighting condition might not be that good, especially<br />
for people leaving in the northern section.<br />
To improve my project, I made the placing of urban<br />
furniture clearer shown in the ground floor plan.<br />
These small blocks are in different hight stand for<br />
flower bed and benches. That could also be seen in<br />
the visual drawing about accessing the basement,<br />
helping activate the space. I also did a new visual<br />
drawing to make the relationship with the old<br />
buildings clear and to show that it could be a nice<br />
space with green areas covered open space and<br />
enough distance left for the old buildings.<br />
