Anything can capture my imagination as ideas for my art: this year’s work has been
much influenced by pattern and shape in nature. I work mostly in acrylics, and also
collages and clay. I’m drawn to abstraction rather than figurative work, because I
like to find a different way of portraying what I see.
Disabled access difficult due to steps in house and conservatory.
From the A388 between Callington and Saltash, take the turning for Landulph and
Cargreen. Follow the road for 2 miles. At the 20mph signs, we are the first house
on the left, opposite the school playing field. Parking inside the gateway.

My work is diverse in both subject and technique. It reflects my love of colour and
texture, and I draw inspiration from seascapes, landscapes, and more widely, the
natural world.
Disabled access difficult as there are steps to the studio with no hand rail and no ramp.
From Saltash: from A388 (Saltash–Callington) turn right at the crossroads about 1
mile beyond the Cardinals Hatt, signposted Ellbridge and Kingsmill. The studio is the second building on the left. From Callington:
