the company work on?
We work on a wide range of projects
from planning applications and

certificates of lawfulness. We have a lot
of experience dealing with equestrian
properties, listed buildings, farm
diversification and planning appeals.
Our clients vary from individual
householders to large rural estates.
We have recently launched a new
service offering pre-purchase advice.
Over time we discovered that a
significant number of our new enquiries
were from potential property buyers
who wanted a view on a planning
matter prior to deciding whether to
proceed with making an offer. In
response we have developed the Pre
Property Purchase Package (PPPP).
Is there a particular area of
planning that you specialise in?
As our name implies we specialise in
all rural planning matters. A number
of our staff are keen equestrians so
we particularly enjoy any jobs in that
sphere, which can vary from obtaining
planning permission for sand schools or
stables, to change of use of land from
agricultural to equestrian. However,
we enjoy all our jobs, each of which
presents its own particular challenges.
