Elemis announce Lifehouse
Spa & Hotel partnership
Elemis have partnered with Lifehouse Spa & Hotel in
Essex, with the skincare brand now being included in both
treatments and spa packages, as well as being available for
guests to purchase in the Spa Shop.
Spa clients will now enjoy a range of Elemis treatments
that have been added to the spa menu including Biotec
facials, touch facials, massages, wraps and scrubs. Elemis
spa therapies are designed to respect the body’s complex
physiology and work in natural synergy with the skin, body
and mind, with each treatment offering a unique experience.
Commenting on the partnership, Harrison Gregory, Elemis
Sales Director, says:

Hive introduce waxing
training with The Beauty Team
Hive ® have launched their ABT-Accredited Introduction to Waxing course,
teaming up with The Beauty Team to provide entry point education for
anybody looking to move into the world of waxing.
The courses are ideal for complete beauty beginners, qualified therapists
expanding their services, as a refresher, or students wishing to gain
additional waxing knowledge.
Commenting on the new courses, Managing Director of The Beauty Team,
Gemma Lambert, says:
“My beauty team educators are extremely pleased and excited to be working
with and representing such an amazing brand in the beauty industry. We are
looking forward to expanding our team and our course list with Hive.”
The Hive Introduction to Waxing course includes theory and practical learning
covering Bikini, Leg and Arm Waxing Procedures and Techniques, Client
Care, Sterilization, Disinfection and Sanitation, Contraindications, and Health
and Safety.
The Hive course is held over one day for practical assessment, followed
by assessed case studies. Once completed students will achieve an ABT
accredited certificate, enabling them gain insurance and perform treatments.
Kelly Brook reveals
Strawberry Lift treatment
Model Kelly Brook has undergone Strawberry Lift laser treatment to get
rid of her “double chin.”
In a video posted to her 1.1m Instagram followers, Kelly complained
about getting older, revealing she had been for a “Strawberry Lift.”
In her video, Kelly explained:
“As I’m getting older, I mean what is going on? It’s so crazy.” Kelly said
there is “something out there [to help]” and described Strawberry Lift as
an “amazing new laser treatment.”
So far, Kelly has experienced two Strawberry Lift treatments, and will be
enjoying another two.
The Strawberry Lift combats cheek definition, lift and tightens the skin,
neck and facial jowls, and is the first non-invasive method to use laser
light penetration and silent ultrasound technology. The treatment reduces
fat cells and aids new collagen production to lift and tighten the skin.
