Angela Shinaberry, MSN, APRN, BSN, RN<br />
“Workplace Incivility and its Effect on Talent and Retention”<br />
Angela Shinaberry is a nurse practitioner at Norton Brownsboro Hospital and<br />
Norton Children’s Medical Center. She has nearly 20 years of clinical experience<br />
as well as expertise in human resources consulting.<br />
Angela is pursuing a master of education in human resources/organizational<br />
development from the University of Louisville. She has a master of science in<br />
nursing/advanced child & health specialty from the University of South Alabama<br />
and a bachelor of science in nursing from Pensacola Christian College.<br />
Kim Spahn, MSN, FNP-BC, RN, CHC<br />
“Bullying in a Healthcare Settings Panel”<br />
Kim Spahn is a health and life coach at Kim Spahn Coaching, LLC. She has nearly<br />
10 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, neonatal intensive care and<br />
emergency room settings.<br />
Kim is pursuing a doctorate of nursing practice from Case Western Reserve<br />
University, and has a master of science and a bachelor of science in nursing from<br />
the University of Southern Indiana.<br />
Megan Willman, BA<br />
“Supporting Survivors of Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence, It Might Be a<br />
Colleague”<br />
Megan Willman is a training coordinator for the Center for Women and Families<br />
where she plans and facilitates intimate partner sexual violence education for<br />
professionals. In addition, she has served in various roles such as domestic<br />
violence advocate and an awareness educator.<br />
Megan has a bachelor of arts in English from Hanover College.<br />
