In the course of the last decade, the<br />

SPS Section has steadily increased its<br />

performance in publishing. Here is a<br />

selection of our key book public<strong>at</strong>ions -<br />

on topics ranging from planning systems<br />

and cultures, European sp<strong>at</strong>ial planning,<br />

sustainable mobility, to regional design<br />

and informal urbanis<strong>at</strong>ion - and the most<br />

cited and/or relevant journal papers.<br />

Beyond these, we have edited a range of<br />

special issues in leading journals (e.g. Built<br />

Environment, <strong>Planning</strong> Practice & Research,<br />

Regional Studies, European Urban and<br />

Regional Studies, <strong>Planning</strong> Perspectives,<br />

Space and Culture), reflecting the diversity<br />

of our research interests and intern<strong>at</strong>ional<br />

scholarly collabor<strong>at</strong>ions.
