If you could have three wishes what would they be? To ride a magic
carpet to a faraway desert? To befriend a dazzling Chinese Dragon?
To fall in love with the most beautiful person in the world? All of these
wonderful things are within Aladdin’s reach… but life is never that easy.
A whole host of colourful characters join our hero in his story as he
struggles to see that good is rewarded and that bad is punished. There’s
the wicked imposter Abanazar who poses as Aladdin’s long-lost uncle.
There’s the beautiful Princess Jasmine and her bullying mother the
Empress Double Chinn… and in her laundry, poor old Widow Twankey
and Wishee Washee must wash a mountain of smalls for the Royal
Wedding!
The Production Exchange returns to Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall
with a magnificent cast of professional actor-musicians who ask you to
spend two hours in the company of some of the greatest characters in
the world of pantomime, fighting the good fight in some of the most
exotic places.

WHAT: THE CATHEDRAL ILLUMINATED - IN THE BEGINNING

The award-winning spectacular light and sound show named the ‘Best
Event in Staffordshire’ for three years running is back for Christmas.
The artistic collaboration Luxmuralis returns to transform Lichfield
Cathedral inside and outside using stunning sound and light projections.
‘The Beginning’ will complete the journey of Space, Light and Time
following this year’s theme, and is a stunning and spectacular experience
for all the family to enjoy - the perfect beginning to Christmas.
This year the show also features ‘In the Image and Likeness: A
Constellation of Images’ artwork by Peter Walker working with

Mirror, Mirror on the wall, don’t miss the fairest panto of them
all! Following last year’s high-flying adventure Peter Pan, this year’s

as The Prince, there really is no end to the talent in this year’s panto
