INGREDIENTS<br />
1 pound ground Italian Sausage<br />
1 onion chopped<br />
2 cloves garlic, minced<br />
1 teaspoon Olive Oil<br />
2 cans (14-ounces each)<br />
25% Less Sodium Chicken Broth<br />
1 soup can water<br />
1 can (15-ounce) cannellini beans,<br />
rinsed<br />
1 can (14.5-ounce) stewed tomatoes,<br />
undrained<br />
1 cup rotini pasta, uncooked<br />
1½ cups baby spinach<br />
½ cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded<br />
Mozzarella Cheese<br />
PREMIUM Saltine crackers<br />
INSTRUCTIONS<br />
Cook sausage, onions and garlic in<br />
oil in large saucepan for 10 minutes,<br />
stirring frequently.<br />
Add the next 4 ingredients. Bring to<br />
a boil.<br />
Stir in pasta; cook 8 minutes or until<br />
tender. Remove from heat.<br />
Stir in spinach; cover. Let stand 5<br />
minutes.<br />
Top with cheese.<br />
Serve with Saltine crackers.<br />
