Alumni award in 2014. Dr. Yager has been practicing in Central Florida for more
than 40 years and specializes in difficult-to-fit contact lens cases. Bay Hill Eye Care is
equipped with the latest technologies in eye care and can handle all eye-care needs,
including ocular disease treatment, co-management of Lasik and cataract surgeries,
glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Yager is accepting new patients and welcoming previous
patients to his new location.
Deepak Raja, M.D., is a fellowship-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist. His
areas of interest include cataract surgery, glaucoma and dry eyes, with a focus on
decreasing the need for glasses and eyedrops. He was the first person in Orlando to
implant specialty intraocular lenses and the first in Central Florida to use the miLOOP
surgical technique for cataract surgery. He offers the latest technology, including laser
cataract surgery and intraoperative aberrometry and gives monthly lectures to the community
about cataract surgery. His glaucoma procedures vary from minimally invasive
lasers to microincisional glaucoma surgeries that have minimal discomfort and downtime.
He has given numerous talks about dry eyes nationally and offers procedures
such as LipiFlow, IPL and meibomian gland probing.

Hal J. Levine, D.M.D., M.D., was born in Long Island, New York. He received his
Bachelor of Science in microbiology in 1985 and finished dental school in 1989,
both at the University of Florida. He practiced general dentistry until he attended the
University of Kentucky College of Medicine, where he received his medical degree in
1996 and his specialty certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 1998. He is a
diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of
the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Levine’s interests
include dental implant surgery, and hard and soft tissue grafting procedures. He is also
a certifying physician for qualified medical marijuana patients.
